Soraya works predominantly as a documentary film director.

A graduate of USC’s Film & Television Production program, she is currently in post-production for her first feature film, ROW OF LIFE, which follows the story of the globally renowned Paralympian, Angela Madsen, and her final solo row across the Pacific Ocean in 2020. The film is set for release late 2023 or early 2024. She is also developing a crime docu-series set in her hometown of Tucson, Arizona, and working on a short film about country dancing.
